As part of the AP-GAINED project, aimed at equipping NREN staff with practical GenAI skills, our earlier curriculum preparation workshop was just the beginning! 

It was a crucial step that laid the ground for designing an effective curriculum for technical and non-technical roles. We're now preparing for the next phase, which features local pilot projects in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. These curriculums developed by LEARN and Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) will be tested and refined based on participant feedback. 

These pilot training programs will be the next crucial step towards ensuring we can effectively empower NREN staff across all departments and enable them to use GenAI to drive innovation that better serves member institutes, academics, and researchers.
